Hello Mizzou!

This May, I had the privilege to visit your school for the state "Solo and Ensemble" contest.  I was able to play catch with my octet on one of your practice fields.  The great time made me feel right at home.  From the field, I could catch a glimpse of the white buildings that surrounded us.  Although large, the campus was spaced out enough to give the illusion that you were at a private school.  It was spectacular!  The area around the field was well groomed.  As the guys and I changed out of the play clothes, I was able to admire the wonderful restrooms in the music department.  You're doing a great job keeping them clean!  Unfortunately, aside from the ten minutes we spent in the preforming space, my trip to MU did not give me a full grasp of the student life or many other important aspects of college.  I look forward to another visit this fall to get a more solid understanding of what it means to be a tiger.
