Hello Miami University in Ohio!

At first, I was skeptical because of how little I knew about Miami University.  When I visited campus, however, everything changed.  The day I came to Miami, the weather was beautiful; allowing me to appreciate Miami's remarkable campus.  Our tour guide was great too!  We got a private tour with a well-versed (and beautiful) junior who knew the fine details of Miami.  I fell in love... with the school of course!  Every aspect of the school seemed to compliment my needs.  Instead of a huge football team (which I really wanted), Miami offered something I had never considered before: a great hockey program.  The arena was gorgeous.  As we continued the tour, I noticed the perfect size of Miami.  Her 14,000 undergraduate students appealed to my desire for a medium sized school.  It was great.  As I looked deeper into Miami's strengths, I noticed that two were in Economics and Music (according to the Fiske's College Guide 2010).  This inspired me go to Youtube to see performances of their choirs.  I was pleased to hear the great blend of the "Cheezies."  As a 3 year member of our acapella group, I was relieved to find such a strong men's group.  Overall, Miami made me feel at home.  Its strengths in music and economics made it an obvious choice for college.
